- General terms and conditions for your riding holiday
1. Conclusion of the travel contract
- The conclusion of the travel contract takes place through a written travel application and an appropriate travel confirmation of the organiser.
2. Payment of the travel price
- After receiving the travel confirmation an advance payment of 20 % of the travel price is payable. The remaining amount must be paid at least four weeks before commencement of the journey.
3. Performances
- The contractually performances depend on the performance description according to the travel documents. In case of non fulfilment by the rider, costs of cancellation are thereby incurred, which we calculate as follows:
- 20 % - till the third week before the beginning of the travel
- 30 % - from the third week before the beginning of the travel
- 40 % - from the second week before the beginning of the travel
- 60 % - one week before the beginning of the travel
- 100 % - two days before the beginning of the travel
4. Riding abilities
- Our tours are not suitable for beginners. It is important to correctly describe your riding abilities through our entry form. The maximum weight of the rider shouldn't be over 95kg (110 lbs). If the weight of the participant is more than 210lbs and 15 stones, the participant has to to consulate the organiser.
5. Disruption through the participant
- The organiser is authorised to terminate the travel agreements, if the rider is inspite of a reminder, disrupting the schedule and the group. As well as if the attendance of the rider is no longer reasonable for the participants and/or the organiser. In this case, the organiser is still legitimated to take the travel price.
6. The minimum participant turnout averages 4 Person
- The organiser can cancel the contract if the minimum turnout of four participants isn't reached. This can happen up to two weeks before the beginning of the travel. It is the discretion of the organiser to accomplish the travel without the minimum turnout of four participants.
7. Complaints and reclamations
- Complaints and reclamations should be spoken out immediately at the location. Claims araising due to failure, to meet the terms of agreement, need to be notified by the participant within one month of the scheduled contractual completion of the travel.
8. Liability
- The organiser isn't liable for damage to property or personal injury, which can occur during the travel. This is the reason why we recommend the conclusion of an overseas travel insurance cover (riding and medical).
- 9. Place of jurisdiction
- The place of jurisdiction for contingently altercations is the domicile of the organiser.
